  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, creating an Account, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Use of the Service is also governed by the HNTCamp Privacy Policy, which explains how the Service Provider collects, uses, stores, and shares information. By using the Service, Users acknowledge the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

To register as an Administrator and initiate a Subscription, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

If you are acting as an Administrator on behalf of a Camp, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that Camp and its Members.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Your continued use of the Service constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any updates or modifications made by the Service Provider.

The Service is not intended for use by children under the age of thirteen (13). Users under the age of eighteen (18) may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian and only as permitted by applicable law. Administrators are responsible for ensuring that any minor Members invited to a Camp have appropriate parent or guardian consent.

  1. Account Structure & Roles

The Service is structured around Camp-based accounts. Each Camp operates under a single Subscription that is initiated and maintained by a Primary Administrator.

The Primary Administrator is responsible for:

  • Establishing the Camp within the Service
  • Maintaining an active Subscription
  • Managing billing and payment information
  • Assigning, modifying, and removing Administrator and Member access

A Camp may have multiple Administrators. Administrators may have the ability to manage membership, content, financial records, and settings within the Camp, as permitted by the Service. Administrators may remove Members or modify access at any time at their sole discretion.

Members are invited to join a Camp by an Administrator and are granted access at the discretion of the Camp’s Administrators.

The Service Provider does not control or manage the internal operations of any Camp and is not responsible for decisions, actions, content, or disputes between Administrators and Members.

The Primary Administrator remains solely responsible for all activity conducted under the Camp’s Subscription, including actions taken by other Administrators and Members.

  1. Subscription, Billing & Payments

Access to the Service is provided through a Subscription associated with a specific Camp and initiated by a Primary Administrator.

All Subscription fees are the responsibility of the Primary Administrator, who provides and maintains valid payment information through the Service’s designated third-party payment processor.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, as selected at the time of purchase (e.g., monthly or annual), and will automatically renew unless canceled by the Primary Administrator prior to the renewal date.

By providing payment information, the Primary Administrator authorizes the Service Provider and its third-party payment processor to charge all applicable fees to the designated payment method.

The Service Provider does not directly process or store payment information and is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or security issues arising from the third-party payment processor.

If a payment fails or a Subscription becomes inactive, the Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the Service until payment is successfully completed.

All fees are non-refundable, and no prorated refunds will be issued, except as expressly stated in a separate Refund or Billing Policy, if applicable.

User data may be processed by third-party service providers as necessary to deliver the functionality of the Service.

The Service Provider is not liable for any errors, interruptions, data loss, or damages resulting from the use of or reliance on any third-party services.

By using the Service, Users acknowledge and agree that certain functionality may depend on third-party providers and that such providers may change, interrupt, or discontinue their services at any time.

  1. Intellectual Property

The Service, including the Application and all related content, features, functionality, design, and materials, is owned by the Service Provider and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service solely for its intended purposes in accordance with these Terms.
