This Privacy Policy explains how Hunt HQ LLC (“Hunt HQ LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you access or use the HNTCamp application, website, administrative portal, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

HNTCamp is a camp management platform designed to help hunting camps and related groups manage membership, communication, financial tracking, scheduling, and other camp-related activities.

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through the Service and does not apply to third-party services, websites, or platforms that may integrate with or be used in connection with the Service.

  1. Information We Collect

We may collect information that you provide directly through the Service, as well as certain information collected automatically through your use of the Service.

Information collected through the Service may include:

  • Name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, and account information
  • Camp-related information, including membership records, project information, financial entries, reservations, schedules, activity logs, and related operational data
  • User Content submitted through the Service, including messages, comments, photos, game tracking information, observations, and other content shared within a Camp
  • Payment and subscription-related information processed through our third-party payment providers
  • Device, technical, and usage information, including device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, app usage activity, and diagnostic information
  • Location information and device permissions, where enabled through your device settings or used in connection with Service functionality
  • Communications submitted through support requests, email communications, or other interactions with Hunt HQ LLC

Some information within a Camp environment may be visible to other Members or Administrators of that Camp based on the functionality of the Service.

  1. How We Use Information

Hunt HQ LLC may use information collected through the Service to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve HNTCamp and its features
  • Create and manage user accounts, Camp access, and subscriptions
  • Process payments and subscription transactions through third-party payment providers
  • Support communication, scheduling, reservations, financial tracking, and other Camp management functionality
  • Send notifications, service announcements, support communications, and promotional or marketing communications
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries or requests
  • Monitor usage, troubleshoot issues, improve performance, and analyze functionality and usage trends
  • Protect the security, integrity, and operation of the Service
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable agreements, policies, or terms
  1. Camp-Based Visibility & Shared Data

HNTCamp operates through a shared Camp-based structure.

Certain information submitted within a Camp may be visible to other Members and Administrators of that Camp based on the functionality of the Service. This may include profile information, messages, activity logs, photos, reservations, project information, and other User Content.

Administrators may have access to additional operational and financial information associated with the management of a Camp.

Users are responsible for understanding that information shared within a Camp environment may be visible to other authorized users within that Camp.

Hunt HQ LLC does not control how Members or Administrators access, use, share, or interpret information made available within a Camp environment.

  1. How We Share Information

Hunt HQ LLC may share information collected through the Service only as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.

Information may be shared with:

  • Other Members and Administrators within a Camp, based on the functionality of the Service and the permissions associated with that Camp.
  • Third-party service providers that support hosting, payments, analytics, communications, customer support, infrastructure, security, and other operational needs.
  • Payment processors for the purpose of processing subscriptions and related transactions.
  • Legal, regulatory, or governmental authorities when required by law or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Hunt HQ LLC, Users, Camps, or others.
  • Successors or assigns in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar business transaction involving Hunt HQ LLC or the Service

Hunt HQ LLC does not sell personal information in exchange for monetary compensation.

  1. Third-Party Services

HNTCamp may use or integrate with third-party services to support functionality, operations, analytics, hosting, communications, payments, customer support, and related services.

These third-party providers may include payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, app platform providers, and support systems, including services such as Stripe, DigitalOcean, Google Analytics, Firebase, and Help Scout.

Third-party services operate under their own terms, policies, and practices, and Hunt HQ LLC is not responsible for the operation, availability, or security practices of such third-party services.

  1. Payments & Subscription Processing

Subscription payments and certain financial transactions within the Service are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

Hunt HQ LLC does not directly store complete payment card information on its systems.

Payment processing is subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the applicable third-party payment provider.

  1. Device Permissions, Notifications & Location Services

HNTCamp may request access to certain device features and permissions, including location services, camera access, photo storage, and notifications.

These permissions are used to support functionality within the Service. Users may manage or disable permissions through their device settings; however, certain features may not function properly if permissions are disabled.

Location-related functionality within the Service may evolve over time and may include features that allow location information or mapping activity to be shared within a Camp environment.

Hunt HQ LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or reliability of location-based functionality or related services.

  1. Data Retention

Hunt HQ LLC may retain information collected through the Service for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business and operational purposes.

Certain information associated with a Camp may remain within the Service even if a User leaves or is removed from a Camp.

Data may also remain within backups or archived systems for a limited period of time.

  1. User Choices & Communications

Users may update certain account information through the Service or by contacting Hunt HQ LLC.

Users may disable device permissions, including location services and notifications, through their device settings.

Hunt HQ LLC may send operational, administrative, support, and promotional communications related to the Service. Users may opt out of promotional communications where applicable, though certain operational or account-related communications may still be sent as necessary for the operation of the Service.

Requests related to account information, corrections, deletion, access, or other privacy matters may be directed to Hunt HQ LLC using the contact information provided below. Hunt HQ LLC will review and respond to such requests as reasonably required by applicable law and may retain certain information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, or support legitimate business and operational purposes.

Hunt HQ LLC uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational measures intended to help protect information collected through the Service.

However, no method of electronic transmission, storage, or internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and Hunt HQ LLC does not guarantee absolute security of information or systems.

  1. Children’s Privacy

Administrators who create and manage Camps through the Service must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Minors or dependents may participate within a Camp environment with the permission and supervision of a parent, guardian, or authorized Camp Administrator.

Hunt HQ LLC does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under thirteen (13) years of age without appropriate authorization or consent.

The Service is not directed to children under thirteen (13). If a parent or legal guardian believes that a child under thirteen (13) has provided personal information to Hunt HQ LLC without appropriate consent, they may contact Hunt HQ LLC using the contact information below, and Hunt HQ LLC will take reasonable steps to review and address the request as required by applicable law.

  1. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Hunt HQ LLC may update or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted through the Service or on the HNTCamp website, and the effective date will be revised accordingly.

Continued use of the Service following the posting of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Policy.
